Recent changes in the student admission tests in different public universities have raised a lot of controversies and confusion among the guardians and the student themselves. Due to the burden of traveling and expenses of attending different university’s admission tests, few general and science and technology universities came together to carry out the admission tests to ease the burden on the aspirant students. However, it worked likes boomerang for both the students and the university administration. Due to the top-down approach to university admission decisions, the perspective of the university and aspirant students always lag behind. The cluster decision to abruptly change the department, increase the fee and double the selection opportunity to participate in the examination, due to which the student has to pay a double application fee and service charges, not read the test center in order, test on the working day, inconsistency of results.
